WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DISPATCHED?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-3 business days from when the order was placed. Please allow 2-3 business days to receive your shipping confirmation and tracking information.
Regular AirMail times vary between 5-15 days and is FREE of charge.
International Priority Express is between 1-3 days from time of dispatch and is priced based on location at checkout.
LEHFT will do it’s utmost to meet the indicated delivery timeframes, but is not held responsible for any delay caused by the postal service or customs clearance. If delivery is attempted and nobody is available to accept the parcel, in most cases it should be held at your local postal facility for a period of time. If you are not contactable and your parcel is unable to be delivered, it will be returned to us and we’ll then contact you to arrange alternate delivery.
DAMAGED OR MISSING GOODS
We take great care to ensure that products are packed securely so they arrive at your door in perfect condition. Please keep in mind that once your order has been dispatched, LEHFT is not responsible for any losses or damages. It’s the customer’s responsibility to follow the tracking information provided and contact your local postal service, to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your purchase. As a result, any items damaged during delivery will be replaced upon receipt of the damaged goods to our postal address. Please note that if an item has been lost/stolen in transit, a replacement of the product will be organised at our discretion.
CUSTOMS, TAXES, DUTIES, AND FEES
LEHFT is not responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees or any other charges issued by your local government. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and the funds are received exclusively by your local government. In most cases our products will be under this threshold and so no charges will be payable. Since these duties and taxes differ between countries and states we are unable to provide an estimated cost. For further information you will have to contact your local customs office. Shipping fees and taxes will not be refunded for packages that are refused due to VAT/duties.
